MF-EIM450 Automatic End Papering and Page Insert Machine is the ideal equipment for hard cover books, albums or notebooks, and is the a choice to improve the efficiency of the sewing.

It has two function: page inserting, end papering.

• End Papering Function: Feed down the signature or single paper and end paper, and glue only a line in the signatures and paste with the end paper.
• Page Inserting Function: Insert one signature to another signature. It is usually used for thick books. After inserting one signature to another one, it will be more effcient to sew them.

3. For different types of signature, we develop two method for paging: (suction fan & needle):

> suction paging is easy to deal with normal signatures;

> needle type paging is right for signatures with small or larger pages.

4. Machine applies touch screen control system which is of a high degree of automation: with double sheet, missing paper and other automatic detection functions.

5. Machine stops if any faults with fault detection displayed on the touch screen.

6. With touch screen, easy to operate.

7. Glue value adjustable.

8. Apply the latest anti leakage technology which avoid glue leakage problem.

9. The rack is made of high quality steel, and the bearing adopts a self-aligning bearing, which can withstand high-speed rotation.
