l Adopting the Japanese Keyence PLC control system, variable frequency speed regulation, human-machine interactive operation interface, and expandable docking with ISM system .

l You can use pliers to separate book stickers, single sheets, cards, and books without adjustment.

l The controllable frequency blowing function on the book posting station ensures that the page matching machine can operate stably on single sheets of paper weighing over 45g/m2.

l Unique vise style page matching, suitable for single page, multi fold, card, books below 8mm, and customized books, achieving diversified page matching , card matching, and book

l Tiger clamp type double point gripper, there is no excess friction when separating paper, and the paper is not scratched.

l One click setting microcomputer thickness measurement , image misalignment function (optional) to ensure correct page matching .

Image Detection Computer(every three stations has one computer):

The computer displays a paper image and then sets it as a sample paper image. If the subsequent paper image is inconsistent with the sample image, an error will occur and an alarm will be triggered to stop the machine
